· High-Efficiency Valves
Valves are universally recognized as the heart of any compressor. Outstanding valve design significantly enhances compressor mechanical efficiency. UNIGY compressor valves are specially engineered for gas compression, featuring optimized sealing surfaces and precisely calibrated spring tension to maximize gas compression per piston stroke. Each stage of valve plates is designed for high strength, ensuring smooth and quiet operation, as well as extended service life.
· Sealing System
a. Packing Section: Utilizes glass-fiber-reinforced PTFE sealing with an automatic compensation mechanism, maintaining consistent sealing pressure around the piston rod and effectively preventing gas leakage.
b. Main Shaft Seals: Employs multiple single and double mechanical seals with isolated chambers. Even under vacuum conditions, each chamber can independently isolate hazardous or toxic gases.
c. Connection Seals: O-rings are used at all joints, ensuring reliable sealing under various operating conditions.
· Cylinder
Manufactured from high-quality nodular cast iron or gray cast iron, the cylinders provide excellent resistance to thermal and mechanical stress. Both water-cooled and air-cooled configurations are available, and they can also be flexibly combined as required.
· Crankshaft
Constructed from premium nodular cast iron or forged steel, the crankshaft features an integrated counterweight designed for heavy-duty operation. This robust design ensures long-term durability and smooth, stable performance even under extreme working conditions.
· Connecting Rod
Crafted from premium nodular cast iron or forged steel, the connecting rod features a robust monolithic design that ensures high mechanical performance, enhances operational longevity, and reduces maintenance complexity.
· Piston
Utilizing high-strength anodized cast aluminum or other tailored alloys, the piston is designed to be lightweight with a low thermal expansion coefficient, which improves overall efficiency and extends the service life of piston rings.
